Students will partake in a walking tour, including a photography tour, to learn more about Palomar College. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the campus, their resources, and what you would need to do in order to take classes there. (Remember that community college courses count for high school AND college units!) This is the first of a series of field trips to nearby colleges to learn about the differences between types of colleges, such as Community College vs. CSU’s, UC’s, and private colleges. It’s open and highly recommended to ALL high school students. We will leave from the resource center promptly at 8:30 am and return at noon. We would also love some parent chaperones, if you’re available! Please contact Gail Gonzalez Coloyan for more information.
